USS Sculpin (SS-191)

 

The following men were lost while serving on USS Sculpin (SS-191).  A number of men survived the sinking of Sculpin, but died while being transported from Truk to Japan when IJN Chuyo was sunk by USS Sailfish on December 3, 1943.

Please note that the location of Sculpin's loss, formerly listed on personal memorial pages as "North of Groluk Island near Truk," has been corrected to "North of Oroluk Island near Truk."
